Structured, evidence-based support
WPS Structure
This is a director-led private practice. Oversight, standards, and decision-making are centralized to ensure consistency and alignment with best practices in sport psychology.
The practice is intentionally structured to remain sustainable and responsive to the specific needs of each athlete or organization. Please note that not all requests result in direct one-on-one work through the practice.
Direct Support
Request Review Process
All inquiries are reviewed to determine the most appropriate next step based on context, needs, and scope of support requested. Not every request results in direct one-on-one work, and availability may be limited. Below are some of the possible outcomes once you submit a request.
Referral within our Network
Referral to a trusted professional within a broader network.
Alternative Resources
Guidance toward alternative resources or services better suited to the request.
Direct support through the practice when appropriate and available.
Professional Network
The practice maintains relationships with a broader professional network that may include mentors, recently certified professionals, and experienced practitioners with independent practices. These relationships support appropriate referral, supervision, and continuity of care when direct support through the practice is not the best fit.
-
Professionals with formal training and certification in mental performance consulting, working within defined ethical and professional standards.
-
Individuals completing advanced training under supervision, contributing to support through defined roles aligned with scope and experience.
-
Senior professionals with established independent practices who provide consultation, supervision, and guidance within the broader network.
Supervision & Standards
All work associated with the practice operates within defined professional standards and ethical guidelines. Supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional development are integral to maintaining quality, accountability, and responsible practice across all areas of work.
The practice prioritizes evidence-informed methods, appropriate scope of support, and clear role definition. Ongoing professional accountability is central to how support is delivered, reviewed, and sustained over time.
