Izzy Rawlings
Izzy Rawlings graduated from Rice University with a B.A. in Sport Management and Psychology, where she competed as a Division I volleyball athlete for four years as a setter. Following graduation, Izzy chose to pursue a master's degree in Sport and Performance Psychology at the University of Denver. After taking a year away from volleyball, she unexpectedly returned to competition this past fall as a graduate student and served as a team captain for the University of Denver women’s volleyball team.
Izzy approaches performance through a holistic, person-centered lens that recognizes athletes as whole people, not just performers. Her work is grounded in strengths-based and solution-focused principles, with an emphasis on helping athletes build self-awareness, resilience, and fulfillment both within and beyond their sport. She is currently in her second year of graduate training and is set to graduate in December 2026. Upon graduation, Izzy plans to become a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) and continue working alongside athletes to support meaningful growth, purpose, and well-being in both their athletic and personal lives.
